The top tier was carrot cake with a cream cheese filling. The middle was a yellow cake with raspberry filling and the bottom layer was chocolate with raspberry filling. All layers were covered in buttercream icing and MM fondant.

My first wedding cake!
The biggest challenge was keeping this cake from melting in the 102* weather in an outdoor reception! The bride had chosen six colors for the wedding....that's a lot of colors!
